The portrait with a wood frame is finished at 8×10. Only high resolution photos can be used for printing. Email your high resolution photo in a compressed/zipped file:
- A high-resolution image is anything that has at is 300 dpi high resolution with a larger pixel dimension, for example, 5000 × 4000 pixels. If you have an image that is 640 × 40 at 72dpi, you definitely have too small of an image! To check the size of your photo, right click on your photo -> scroll down and select Properties -> Click on Details -> scroll down to Image and you’ll be able to see the dimensions of your photo.
- To compress/zip your picture for emailing: You can make a large file a little smaller by compressing it into a zipped folder. In Windows, right-click the file or folder, go down to “send to,” and choose “Compressed (zipped) folder.” This will create a new folder that’s smaller than the original. Use this zipped folder to email your photo to The Global Recovery Movement team. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you need any help with the photo resolution or creation of the zip folder.
